Two local women charged for weapons, drugs
State troopers say two women were arrested on Wednesday night on Route 17 in the town of Thompson after they were pulled over for several traffic violations and officers found drugs, a switchblade knife and a billy club in their car.

What reason did the cops have to serach there vcechicles after a traffic violations...it was just a a tail light out. Even if they had drugs in the car why were their rights viloated

The cop probably smelled pot or alchohal.they dont just search your car because they feel like it.there had to be a reason.

You are right!!!! How dare the police violate the rights of these fine young women to possess illegal drugs and to carry weapons. They had every right to violate the laws we all live by and to do any thing they please.
