Second man dies in ATV accident in Sullivan

That is really ashame.atvs are dangerous and you have to always be alert and think about where you are riding and what is around you.i have an atv and i try to be careful and always wear boots and helmets are a must.it really is a shame two people have been killed and i feel bad about their familys loss.god bless them

I witnessed this accident it was very tragic. The man was not wearing a helmet. His family and friends were devastated. I do not wish to witness anything like that again. I had a hard time sleeping that night. I offer condolences to the family and friends.

Sorry, but if you are riding any kind of off road, OR on-road, vehicle like this a helmet is MANDATORY.
The fact that the ATV was "unregistered" as the story states is completely irrelevant.
The inconvenient truth is the blame lies squarely on the rider in this case. Now everyone around him has to pay the price.
