Charly Ann Skala died last November after she was hit by a bullet that ripped through the wall of her grandparents' mobile home in Swan Lake, in Sullivan County.

I feel bad that charlies family is dealing with the loss of their baby girl i think the sentence 4 the hunter was harsh it was an accident the hunter did not want to kill a child

This hunter eddie lost his daughter to cancer and did not mean to kill little charly!the sentence he got was way to harsh this county knows nothing about justice!but if a cop did it he would be walking arovnd free eddie should be released from jail

Charly can never be replaced and im not taking eddies side.he broke some rules as far as hunting goes.he should have made sure he wasnt near any homes and been more careful.he will live with this the rest of his life.it was an accident and he did not mean it
