Well, once again I see trouble in store for the lake & park. I really thought that Steve was going to be an asset to the park. I have since changed my mind. It seems as if he has taken over and acts as if the park were his own private domain.
What's this I hear about the park building him a new house? I think that this is going just a little too far. We all know who is going to end up paying for it....the campers. Also, does the park realize that there will be property taxes to be paid on it? Why does the park have to give him a home? Jerry Ring lived in the trailer that is now a cabin, but Jerry was there all the time if you needed him. This Steve sure isn't. It appears to be a part-time job for him. I understand he still does his electric work. This something that Ron Stanley wasn't allowed to do. Wake up Sullivan. Surely someone in this town can put a stop to this take over. The park will gradually diminish. All I can say right now, is that this sure is a pretty good "part-time" job for Mr. Steve. The park property is to be used for park business not for personal. Ron couldn't use park owned property for his own use, so why can this Steve? Well, will wait for a comment from some other concerned person.
