i'm one of his neighbors and i really don't think he did it cause my son was over at his house playing with his son,when cops came to house to ask about crime,is first time we heard of it.my son told me that he doesn't think he did it cause he was sleeping when he was over there.my son was only home for 15 minute's before cops showed up.so if he did it he did it very fast.and how many cats are just going to stand there and let some one whip them to death.so maybe people shouldn't be so quick to judge
