How many times will this Stephen Goldsmith have to be arrested? What is wrong with criminal process in NH? This person has had every oppertunity to register and refuses but the legal system in NH feels that he can function outside of jail? He is a dreg on society and preys on women and ruins their life. It makes me sick to know that a sex offender is just allowed to be supported by the county until the county feels he has a learned a lesson and sets him free. This is not the first time he has been arrested for failure to file as a sex offender. Seems to me that as long as the state is willing to set him free every few months that this will never end.
