The person that did this had a history of abusing her~ she accepted him coming to the house because he asked to do so due to it being Fathers Day~ SHE thought he wanted to be a part of the baby's life.... so she let him visit even tho' there was an order of protection.

She had a protective order against this scum and yet let him visit and by law she violated the order, however as a father to their child, she must have trusted him to visit without fear of harm. Investigators need to look at a motive for such a crime and push death sentence in cases like this. People need to be given a dose of reality, to see a crime scene of a 3 month old would make people want the death penalty. Our political system feels these murderers can sit in prison and our taxes pay for them to be rehabilitated and released back into society. I feel that is not fair to the tax payers or to the public to live with murderers that are pardoned and released. The mother and child will never see another sun rise, rainfall, or the voices of family and friends. The lives of such wonderful and innocent people are gone, and so should the person who did this terrible crime. DEATH is forever, and this scum should be given the same. God has 2 beautiful angels, and hell will deal with him. Lets send him there fast to pay for the lives he took. Push our government for stricter laws for such crimes. Lets not fill our prison systems with these people.
To the family, My deepest thoughts of sorrow and we pray for you. God is now the protector of her and her baby, she is in good hands, keep the thought of her good memories in your hearts. God be with you in this time of pain.

You all say she had a restraining order on him. It was actually a no illegal contact restraining order which means if they wanted to live together they could. He actually visited her a lot and brought her money for her and X. You guys should get it correct before you start posting on the internet.

A restraint is a restraint, if she allowed him to come visit, she violated it on her on will. If the guy assaults her and she allows it, then she must have not wanted the order in place and allowed for his visits. If she feared him and had the order but allowed it she is guilty as well. If she wanted him to visit then she should have went before the court and asked for it to be dropped. There must have been trust and/or love for him to be there. whatever reason it still led to her death and the childs death. NY need to enforce capital punishment for such crimes and death sentence need to be the result of such a murder.

You are wrong! There are two types of "Restraining Orders". One is "No Contact" or "Stay Away" in which the two parties must have zero contact including talking, phone calls, internet activity, etc..., and the other is "Refrain From" violent behavior, harassment such as yelling or calling names...to refrain from bad behavior when together... Trieste had a "REFRAIN FROM" type restraining order against Bryan Ashline. She let him be a part of Xavior's three months and made it very clear she did not want a romantic relationship as she no longer "loved" him, and when he attempted to kidnap the baby, she attempted to stop him and called her mother and 911 to get some help... You really don't know what you are talking about, and look up the word RESTRAIN in a Webster's dictionary...then maybe that will give you some incite on what that word means! I do, however agree with you on New York State bringing back the Death Penalty!!! In cases, such as this, the death of a young beautiful innocent woman and her 3 month old son, in cold blood, and leaving the scene of the crime, there is no better case for Capital Punishment...I also believe, in other cases, such as in the Death of my friend, New York State Trooper Andrew "A~J" Sperr, who was killed in the line of duty in Big Flats Township attempting to stop two men who committed a bank robbery, when they shot him four times... The death of any Law Enforcement Officer, Fire Fighter, Paramedic, or Emergency Services worker, should also be punished by death automatically...
"GODSPEED T&X", we will never ever forget you. Momma & Little Man will live on through those who loved them...and Superman Badge#2848, Rest Easy Brother...
