Four more criminal sexual conduct charges have been filed against a Stearns County sheriff's sergeant accused of providing alcohol to three juveniles and sexually assaulting them.

Anyone in law enforcement who is convicted of a crime should automatically recieve DOUBLE the punishment! This guy should also be made to pay back all salary and benefits received during the crime period.

Getting girls drunk and doing whatever to them has been around a long time. They have called it "young guys just sowing their wild oats." Now I see why they think its no big deal. They obviously have seen it as okay. No one would believe me when I said they don't want to bring charges on a young guy for exactly this. But now this guy is in a position of authority and uses this for his own jollies. That hopefully will be prosecuted to the max. With Earl Grey defending him however, with the unions money I'm sure, we'll see how far they get trying to get him an equitable sentence for his disgusting behavior.

You know, it isn't the fact that there are a few bad apples in every barrel(which is what the defenders of "the boys" would have us believe) that is significant about cops being caught in this kind of tomfoolery. It's the fact that cops are self-righteous first lines of the so-called "justice" system. And they make decisions that mess up peoples lives, in this case in private, but mostly with their idiotic approach to law enforcement. Either the police state needs to lighten up on the rest of society, or the penalties on cops need to be doubled. Because they aren't doing their job as advertised. My personal opinion is that we have about twice too many of these drunken molesters.
