What is wrong with these men??? This is the second time in a week that a father of a child (regardless of their age) has harmed their children on Arch Street. What is going on....do the police in this town just go after the ones who are speeding, look at the seriousness of this crime and they actually put a bond on these men, they should never be let out under any circumstances, but no they give them bond and they are out to do it again. Where was the mother in this case? I personally think he deserves the same punishnment "hit his head on the doorway" yeah my ass he did.
