It is pretty sad that locksmith lost his life in this anyway this plays out. The sheriff that's a risk it comes with the job and nobody force him to take that job so i see no reason to memorialize him.
Why couldn't the police just sit him out. Let him starve or dehydrate to the point that he passes out. They have no right to act like that. That's why more and more police are Involved in violence standoffs. I think lotsa people are fed up with them and their handcuffs.

Being a Sheriff isn't a job, that's an elected political position. You must be thinking of a Sheriff's deputy.

The cop should have known that a shooting was possible. He put the locksmith's life on the line too.they deserved to be shot. You dont go around evicting people and expect to live,,really!!
The cop should have picked a safer job like p[lanting daisies if he wanted to live.Dont go around crying if you are a cop and get shot.its part of the job..stand up and take it like a man.

Yes I agree, people like this are so dumb they don't understand how it affects the owner of the house. I lost a big beautiful house in Arizona. Because I thought I would help a big family out. The cockroaches made 10k a month, but couldn't pay there rent and stayed in my house rent free for over a year so I had to let it go. I also found out they had done the same to their previous landlord. They knew the laws and knew how to work the system.
I wish I had burned the house down like we did here.

I don't feel sorry for him. He put himself in that situation. He had enough guns and God knows what else he could have sold to pay his rent. There where many other doors he could have chosen, but instead he thought he would kill two innocent people for doing there jobs. What a cockroach. It's really too bad that people now days don't have common since anymore.

People loose their live every day. Him and his family knew the risk when he became an officer its no more a tragedy then if I got killed doing my job. The truth is that law enforcement is incompetent. And it takes 120 of them to fix 1 guy. Maybe the cop that got shot was just as incompetent as the rest of these winey bitches
Really? They officer knew his risk of his job. But he didn't come to a seen where there was a bank robbery so he can be prepared. He came to the house to witness or escort. Not a big deal. I'm sure he's done this several times. It's like if you came to by door trying to sell me something and before I open the door I shoot you threw the door. So is there a big risk selling door to door?
And believe me if someone shot and killed your brother or family member you would get all your boys together to smash the fucker who killed one of yours. Even though I think the police could have done the job differently by getting him out alive but they had no intention of letting him live. This was a great mob job done by the police! They just showed us a lesson. Don't fuck with the police.

Although no one deserves to die, the fact of the matter is, is that these Officers and Locksmiths are not just evicting people from their homes; they are also "stealing" their personal property as well.

They are commiting a crime by which they should be severely prosecuted for doing. I am an unfortunate victim to this horrendous act, performed by those who are suppose to be held in "high respect."

Sincerely

It's going to get worse, they just said on the news that home foreclosures are going to increase in number. Even landlords are being foreclosed on by banks, leaving tenants out to dry.

I was a landlord for over thirty years and I was "severely" taken advantage of by establishments. Like I said, no one deserves to die, but if you compare this man's unfortunate situation to mine, then you will understand had I taken "his route"... things would have been worse.

I am a peaceful man who believes in the judicial system, but it's hard to, come up with the money, to compete against banks and other unscrupulous companies like (Carl Dexter of Real Estate Aquisition Group) who are simply out to make-a-buck at the expense of others.

Sincerely.
