ATTENTION: Another MAJOR SCANDAL in the West-Murphy Race!!!

http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-11-1...

".... Election officials in St. Lucie County have acknowledged some errors and last Sunday conducted a partial recount of three days of early-voting ballots. It did little to quiet the cries of unfairness from West's most vocal supporters and the county's canvassing board agreed late Friday to recount the other five days of early ballots." <BR><BR>"When they realized the BALLOTS were NO LONGER Divided by the Day they were Cast, they decided to recount all 37,379 early-voting ballots."
----------

This is Unbelievable-------Somebody Clearly Has Gotten to the "Early Votes" and Tampered with Them. If a West representative was not present when these votes were mixed-up it is a clear violaton of Florida law.

Section 102.166, Subsection (3): http://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2012/10... , specifies that the hand recount shall be open to the public and Section 102.141, Subsection (2) http://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2012/10... , specifies that the county canvassing board shall meet publicly when canvassing. The Florida Election Rules clarify that both retabulations and hand recounts shall be open to the public.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- A Palm Beach County Circuit Court judge has denied a request by U.S. Rep. Allen West to impound voting machines and recount ballots ....

Judge David Crow said the arguments West's attorneys made during a Friday afternoon hearing fell "woefully short" of what was necessary for him to issue an injunction.
----------
Well, Judge Crow blew it as now the "early votes" have been tampered with all eight days being mixed together by probably some unknown stooge for Murphy.

It would not surprise me in the least that there will be more than the original 799 votes in the new count.

Non Citizen Voter Fraud-in FLORIDA, repeat in FLORIDA

&fe ature=related

This is an example of why West should fight for a full recount(Nov 30 deadline to contest the whole election).

The vote changes in the early ballot count should be enough for a full recount. Or the missing non counted ballots.
