I believe he needs to in prison for a crime he committed and he admitted to it.He never once said he did not do it but he was not in his right mind and maybe he should have some testing done so he will beable to deal with what he has done.But I strongly disagree to the sentenced he was giving because cops kill all the time and you don't ever about them getting death.The most you hear about is he was suspened without pay.The justice system is not fair when it comes to african american males.

I believe that Kevin should be free it wasn't premeditated it was a honest mistake he wasn't thinking right he just seen some foul stuff and got the worst news a brother could get bam bam was dead and then to see the same cop that was there later that day look at him and smile that a cold hard smack to the face. How many cops have killed someone are they in jail did the get the death penalty no they get a vacation with out pay and thats it so lets be fair its not right to kill but lets make the sentencing the same for cops and citizens.

I have never heard such bullshit in my life! What about the struggle for the police officers family, his wife is without the love of her life, his parents have lost a son and his children no longer have their father. THAT IS A STRUGGLE, not some stupid f**ker who had a bad day because bam bam was dead! I think Kevin was probably brought up in a lifestyle that family and friends were used to. no one to build confidence, disfunction, craving attention but only getting negetive attention, no structure, no concern for feelings, concept of right and wrong were thrown out the door, no parental supervision, ect. now some may say ,well he got wipped all the time he was bad! or its was on him if he messed up. I could go on with the stupid lazy statements that I'm sure are related to this kevin and many he's known. this kinda disfunction is in a childs life at a very early age. its normal to some. but as we all see its not doing any good! I'ts been going on from generation to generation. some one just told me the other day a boy that goes to St. Charles grade school was in trouble again. he's 6 YEARS OLD so what does his grandmother that he lives with do ? she goes to the school and as the principal holds him she whips him so I was told. I asked does that make him behave because I remember her telling me the same thing numerious times . I said has any one ever thought he might be having a difficult time with school work and is ACTING OUT CAUSE HE'S NOT GETTING PROPER HELP AT HOME OR AT SCHOOL. I'm sure in his wildest dreams he'd still like to be heard.and hepled and not get hit for needing something. maybe he's acting out cause he's so frustrated and imbarrested. see I happen to know he is struggling and doesn't get the attention for this problem they all make it out to be. when all it is , is a little boy that would love to be doing well and would love to have people to build his cufidence, and show him respect so he would learn to give it, not go to school and hit him!!!! thats probably what Kevin and alot of others have to live. so its there life. but thats means you tnen have to face the concequences of what your brought up to do. Parents knock the block off your shoulder!!! step up to the plate. be good loving parents. not lazy ones who think its easier to hit to shut up the child or to scare the child . thinking there teaching them a lesson.
