Mary Rain prepared to reorganize DA's office

I think Mr. Dann needs to step up to the plate and be a bit more forthcoming regarding who all drops the ball when it comes to crime in Saint Lawrence County.
Does Ms. Duve's office have its shortcomings? Of course, as does any other government entity.
County Probation have their problems?(That one was rhetorical)
Does Jerome Richards play into any of what Mr. Dann is complaining about? Yes, overwhelmingly and then some.
Have the NYSP in Gouveneur dropped the ball more than once? Yes. Repeatedly? Most certainly.
Has Mary Rain ever been part of the problem? A simple name search reveals her list of issues.
When you (as a judge) continually tie the hands of the DA, and the police, perhaps there is far, far more blame to issue than Mr. Dann indicates.

Its not the Judge tying Duve's hands. Its Duve's lackey's falling down on the JOB.

I, for one, agree with Mr. Dann and hope to see Ms. Rain elected DA next week. Ms. Duve has had her chance and that office needs some real change. I am a registered Democrat voting for Ms. Rain on Election Day.

Hopefully a lot of others see with me and can smell and skunk thru that fog created to screen the truth about Duve. Politics aside, Duve is the candidate for the job. People are too willing to support a political campaign that has dollars behind it (Unions) rather than do their due dilgence and see the real winner here. Rain is not the winner...it is Duve. I support Duve for reelection and hope others do as well.

Duve's had her chance, and she's blown it, now she will be voted out and we can actualy get some bad guys off the street. Rain's supporters, most are retired. Mary has no passion except for being fickle. Cops who graduate the academy end up retiring being A COP. Mary is in the middle of a malpractice lawsuit because she failed to represent a police officer. She left the public defenders office after being stripped of her duties. The caseload was too much. Between the public defender and the conflict defender, they each take a portion of felony cases. The DA gets them all. She left her prosecutors job because of ethics violations. Google her you can see it all. Mary takes pride in exploiting victims in the media to try and aid her campaign. That in itself is morally unethical. If elected and a small if, she will not complete her first term because she will find some excuse to quit. History shows that. Stripped of her duties of the public defender. A severance package is customary in real business and usually is given in lieu of getting fired. Mary Rain thinks everyone is stupid except for her. Instead of blaming law enforcement agencies for being under trained because they have minimal experience with violent crime only because it doesn't happen very often, she blames the current DA. If LEO's collected more substantial evidence, the conviction rates would be higher. Just because she thinks that she can control a grand jury, it doesn't guarantee a conviction. Proof of this is seen in the Lawton murder, Tricky Murder and most recent, the Lugo free pass. The judge and jury have the final say. and in closing I will say that if she does get elected, Jerome Richards will be harder on her than he was with ADA Becker. Vote Duve on Nov. 5th.
