Why am I told that there is a freeze on the money for the NO WORKER LEFT BEHIND program. I was told this from Michigan Works, in Port Huron. I have been doing all the paper work that is required and am at a stand still, because there is a freeze, and my name is on a list. Is there anywhere I can go to get the correct answer or is this it. I really want to be able to start on a training program this January 2010.
