HE SHUT IT DOWN BUT ITS STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS WHY HAVENT THEY FORCIBLY MADE THEM SHUT DOWN? IF WE WERE IN INDIANAPOLIS THEY SURE WOULD HAVE
