Its wrong accused people for being legally married, and just accusing people of the wrong stuff without first gathering the facts. Its become a racial problem I believe. U.S. Citizens have a right to marry who they want. and if they are in love and married and have proof, there should be justice. Instead of instigating and not even doing their job correctly, just making up any story to target hispanic Who actually speak english and went to school here and were born in this country. Love does not have a color, or race. we are all children of god, lets respect each other. stop arresting inocennt people and worry about the real criminals. what has become of society today and the state, the police. Now it seems they make a statement, dont gather information and just go ahead and accuse people wrongfully, so now Harboring? what is that it sounds bad, so the public looks down on those people, what it really is that Harboring= its a crime to be married to and "alien" for u.s. citizen. What about those aliens that never chose to come here, they grew up here as an american, attending schools, made friends, this their habitat, then taken away from their loved ones, taken to a country where, yes they were probaly born, but dont have family, a life, money, just thrown out into this place, and they cannot speak their native language, WHY? because they were raised here in the US and its not like they chose to be brought. So immigration has become a big problem, but let them catch the drunk driving aliens, the ones stealing, the ones who abuse our country and just came yesterday and now own cars, houses and they do all this with fraud. they actually do this, I mean how else would those aliens obtain so much, so now a married alien to a us citizen gets arrested with his wife for ....being married? and they called it harboring? let this country know as a us citizen we all have rights, if someone chose to marry a alien, because they love each other, leave them alone, what law have they broke? by not working? by not driving? all the things that are crimes that were not commited. and still they come and prey on those who they think that weak because of their appearance, racial profiling, let them just go ahead and walk down the whole city and arrest every single hispanic then. When will justice be served?

The Immigration in every country seems to be the same all over.
My husband married an 'Alien' when he married me. I am a British citizen from the UK and we were married legally here in the UK. My husband returned to the US just 8 weeks after the wedding to begin settlement processing to return here to live.
Because of something stupid he did 20 years ago my country refused his application. We are now in the situation of being married yet we have been forcibly kept apart. I am not allowed to enter the US even for a visit, until my settlement visa is approved and my husband isn't allowed to visit me here in the UK because of his settlement denial.
We have been married for 17 months and haven't seen each other for 15 months. Where the Immigration department is concerned, everything is black and white, there is no lee-way and most definately, NO COMPASSION..
