this will end up in court
but that's the agenda--delay it
those feeding off of this boondoggle will never give up
too many gov't employees already on the payroll
too many consultants and vendors drooling for biz
they want to let enough contracts/get enough sticks in the ground to present you with a fait acompli
developers aided and abetted by liberal activists looking to fill in marin with low and moderate income attached housing along the route to make us another san jose/oakland with the assorted crime and social welfare problems which of course they will insist need more government programs and spending
but who could have foreseen?
who indeed?

a betrayal of the environmental legacy left to us by the prior generation

the solution
high speed ferry at port sonoma run by ggbd
no new bueracracy
mitigate the wetlands
