"The Best Indian Restaurant is in Sonoma County. I've been dining at Karma Bistro for eight years now and have consistently found it to be the best Indian food outside of India. Good thing it's not in my town or I'd eat there almost every night! Proving that Indian food is addictive and it doesn't have to be expensive to be good. You'll find classic Indian dishes at very modest prices at a small restaurant in the Cotati Oaks Plaza The menu selection at Karma Bistro is a home-style application of India's rich and endless repertoire of culinary regions. Chef / Owners David and Tshering Musgrave create simple offerings that are stunning and deceptive of the craftsmanship that has gone into the selecting, handling and cooking, producing a wonderful blend of texture and perfectly balanced flavors. "Local and fresh" is there mantra and the owners rely primarily on local produce from Sonoma Counties productive valley with their perfect growing climate to forge our culinary identity. Recently Voted Best Indian Restaurant in Sonoma County by Best of the Bay TV! I wouldn't go anywhere else....The food is awesome & the ambiance is delightful. Karma Bistro in Cotati"

This restaurant is fantastic. From the music of Bollywood soundtracks to the great service, this restaurant is the place to be. The food at Karma is phenomenonal. The food is so fresh. I have been to Pamposh, the Indian restaurant in Santa Rosa and hands down, Karma is far better. Their base sauce is what makes these dishes taste so great. They must make new sauce very often. Their ingredients are fantastic. Karma really tries to accomodate their cooking style to meet your spice wish. While I'll admit their location is not the best, it is totally worth the extra time to find it. I could never dream of going to Pamposh again. In fact, Pamposh, in comparison, is an insult to my colon. Pamposh and Sizzling Tandoor just do not have the freshness that Karma has. The authenticity of good Indian food is definitely here at Karma. Any mistakes or inconveniences were easily compensated by a complimentary dessert. KARMA ALL THE WAY!!
