Slowly and quietly the federal government will remove each group that wants to break free from federal shackles.

There is no reason that silencers should be illegal. In many countries they are required for shooting anywhere near population areas. Automatic weapons are exactly the type of weapons the founders would want all of us who are a part of the militia to maintain. They are the far reaching, advanced design rifled muskets (assault rifles) of today.

That's what it's all about. Not that she would want to,but because of her felony conviction, even Martha Stewart can't own a gun.

The only way to keep communism afloat is to remove the dissenters. Inject a little free thought or glimpses of freedom and the system collapses. The actions here go along with what Bezmenov told us years ago. Shame nobody listened to him....

last time I checked, silencers aren't illegal, at least here in Oregon. I'm gonna buy one pretty soon.
I went out plinking the other day and forgot my earplugs. Ears are still ringing.

Although they are not illegal (depending on which state you live in), one must obtain a $200.00 tax stamp from BATF to obtain one. To get the $200.00 stamp one must submit to the same process as if buying a machine gun, forms, fingerprints, local law enforcement signature, background check etc. The process takes anywhere from six weeks to a couple of months depending on which examiner you get. Once again a general "infringement" upon our Second Amendment RIGHTS.

Supporting people who engage in illegal activity does not help people with legitimate 2nd amend concerns.

You lost me on that one; no one here is supporting people who engage in illegal activity. BUT, the problem we seem to be facing is that the "rulers" are making more and more things illegal and in some cases making them a felony. And in some cases, such as with the Lautenberg amendment, making an act a felony AFTER THE FACT. I do not have a problem punishing VIOLENT criminals, but, should a NON-VIOLENT person who has been convicted of a NON-VIOLENT crime loose his/her Second Amendment RIGHTS? As a poor example, I hardly think Martha Stewart poses a risk to society if she wished to buy a firearm.

So bodyarmor is illegal? So.....it's illegal to protect yourself from gunfire? The "authorities" have body armor, so we (the people) do too. I have a set and I think you should too.

Smash the state.
