Lucy, my middle initial is not L, I have not posted 1 time using anything but my first name, I have not posted to this forum since July 26. I don't need to change my name to bolster my views, in an effort to seem to have more support.

Gig Harbor, where to start...
"Is this the horse killer?" No.
"When is this person's identity going to become public?" My personal opinion is that it should not be made public. People like you do not deserve to be privvy to confidential information. You have absolutely no idea how to interact with people. Perhaps you need to up the meds a bit?

"You and all your poor excuses for your people ????" What excuses? I don't recall anyone making excuses for anything, and as far as I know, I don't have any 'people'.
"I was told she might be attending a college in this area?" Possibly. Lots of older people attend college. Some people actually enjoy the learning process. You might want to try it sometime, but again, I think that this statement that you make does not have any actual fact to back it up.
"I am sure they are suffering alot of mental distress"
Yes, I have indeed had some mental distress with this, but since the world does not owe me anything, I deal with that in my own way, and don't expect others to go out of their way to sugarcoat the obscenities of life. It is called LIFE, get over it and don't expect others to sanitize everything for you.
"Why are you trying so hard to protect someone that does not feel remorse or guilt." Not protecting anybody. I don't know them, never did. You however MUST know them, since you are so certain that there is no remorse or guilt.
"Thats why there is all the obeseity in this world which makes this country weak and unable to stand and fight to make it a better place. Lets just go stuff our faces and forget about all the tormented and starving people and animals in the world." What conversation did that apply to? That seems like a sense of self-loathing to me. Again, personal opinion, as I don't know you personally.

and finally, danielle and don't forget the horse.
"Thank you Janice." and "Janice & Co still attempting damage control! " What kind of damage control are you referring to? I have not posted since July. I don't post under different names. I have no need to. I do not know why you insist on believing that anyone that doesn't think the way you do has to be just the same 1 person. That view usually comes from someone that would do that themselves. I do not, and never have posted on this forum using a different name. I don't do "damage control" I have no need of damage control.

Have fun kids, I am sure it is almost time for bed-check and lights out.

In regards to obeisity along with all the weak people in this world that are addicted to one thing or another. We all need to be responsible for our actions. We need stop breeding and try to make the world a better place for everyone that is aready here, animals encluded. Where do you think all these abusive, weak, unhealthy people are coming from. People that abuse animals, children and other people need to take resonsibility. People that do not take care of themselves will be not be able to care about anything else. I just do not see how anyone in their right mind could drag a horse to death and try to claim it was just an accident. Untill someone comes foreward and admits the terrible MISTAKES whatever they made that caused this I and most everyone else that has heard this story will never believe this was an accident. Take responsibility. GET IT Janice

Jim: a one-word diagnosis of the root of all things wrong in this poor old world: overpopulation. A one-word prescription for curing all the things wrong in this poor old world: education.

Along with both come responsibility.

Obesity is not always an addiction issue. Education in the true underlying causes of obesity (as an epidemic) would help you understand it.

And no, I am not obese, I am HWP and not without a struggle given the challenges of what's out there (such as Bp-A).

I believe the word you wanted was "included" not "encluded."

Whether accidental death or murder, the person responsible needs to come forward and accept responsibility for the act. Witnesses and those who know the person(s) responsible should themselves be responsible enough toward their own community to bravely step up to the plate and state the facts IN PUBLIC and OUT LOUD and stop shivering in their dens in pseudo-fear. Remember, shining a spotlight on criminal actions generally (and which in my opinion these particularly were) tend to put a stop to them PDQ.

Well said Lucy. I just have one problem with your education theory.
There are alot of well educated people that are breeding mentally ill offspring.
You know that there are certain genentics that just do not mix well. I would love to hear your opinion on that.
Call me a communist which I am not but I believe the world needs to try to come up with a solution to the unwanted people that come into this world with no morals and continue to reproduce.I am deeply saddened by what happen to this poor innocent being that had to suffer because of one or more humans that did and does not care enough to at least admit their moral imperfections to the humane race that does care, and feel compassion for their fellow beings that inhabit this planet.
Thank you for your compassion.

Jim of Vashon (one of my fav places on the west coast): the experts say that nearly a fifth of the US population born every year is psychopathic/sociopathic or downright psychotic.

Not sure I understand your politics insofar as mentally deficient because as I am sure you know there are Down Syndrome parents with average or above average IQ. That's not the point of this forum however.

The theme of this forum is (or should be) responsibility. There are posters here including you who advocate responsibility. The rest? Well, you know, there is that twenty percent or so of the population....

Jane Goodall has some very well thought out, well-reasoned theories about human violence. In my opinion, human violence whether intentional or no, cost this poor horse its life. If unintentional violence the human(s) still need to step up to the place and take responsibility for their actions. If intentional, the person or persons deserve to go to the gray bar hotel for a nice, long visit. Preferably with other hotel guests who do not take very kindly to animal torture and murder.

Referencing Down Syndrome parents I meant to say their offspring are often what most would call "normal". My computer processor was running slow due to a huge program concurrently running and the typed in material on this didn't make it into cyberspace. Sorry for the confusion.

Well Lucy I will meet you at that hotel along a few good friends when the killers arrive.
I still find it hard to believe that these people are still wandering aimlessly among us.

Lucy, we do agree on several points. Education is the best defense. When people are aware of facts then they can be prepared, and eliminate many problems that occur in the real world.

Also responsibility. In my many customer service positions I see so many people unwilling to take simple steps that could resolve an issue. I once asked a woman to unplug her tv set and she replied "I don't know how, please send someone". I walked her through that, and it resolved the issue, and saved her about $180 for a dispatch.

When the power goes out, we have lanterns and flashlights, a wood stove and butane stove. We don't expect a tech to be there in 5 minutes, as they may be busy attending to someone with medical needs that has to restore first. People depend entirely too much on others to save them, when there are simple things that they could do themselves that MIGHT correct the issue immediately.

I really don't understand what you read on fugly that makes you suspicious of me, but frequently people take me the wrong way unless I am very careful in my wording. My only thoughts in posting on this train wreck was that I had the apparently mistaken thought that people might actually want to know what actually transpired once the whole sad train stopped in front of my house. Forgive me if I was wrong in that assumption. Then when people started accusing me of things that I had certainly not done, I did get defensive, as most people would.

So do you think the driver could have had down snydrome.
I found a person with the initials CM 22year old female that lives or has lived in Arlington or Marysville. There was a photo of her very hard to see. I wonder, I have the full name and she is related to a person of interest. She looks a little retarded in the photo?

Jim - please read for comprehension. I did not say that. I did not imply that. What in the world are you trying to accuse me of???? Good grief.

In my opinion based on the posts of others here and elsewhere, the driver MAY have been entertaining herself chemically.

Down Syndrome remark was in response to your rather obscure comments.

Now you ARE going to bring down the wrath of the mentally challenged upon me. Thanks a lot - NOT!

This is why our high schools are getting a badly failing grade in teaching people how to think. Yeah. FAIL!!!

Calm down I did not accuse you. Now your being defensive. All I was getting at hypothetically if parents of down children believe they are normal. I have worked around a few and I am just wondering do you in a panic situation think they would know how to react fast enough I do not and I think most should not be allowed to drive at all. So make me the bad guy I simply care more for what happen to that poor horse than some person I do not know that will not come foreward and has her family protecting her no wonder.
It is their fault as much as hers. In the very beginning of some of the post a witness said the driver was retarded at first I thought it was because of the way she was driving but now I know why.

Get lost, dude. You are clearly on some political agenda that I do not understand NOR do I share. Label me anything you like. Don't give a rat's patoot. But leave me out of your clearly warped view of the world - please.
