The fact that Ms. Finch believes she should get custody of these dogs again is insane. Anyone who can't properly care for their dogs has no business having them. 40 dogs is way too many for anybody, and there is absolutely no way they can get proper attention. The fact that they were found emaciated is proof of neglect. Horrible neglect. I bet she doesn't miss a meal, but her poor dogs have. Leaving a dog in a crate for 18 hours a day is inexcusable. This is complete and utter abuse of the worst kind. This woman should no longer have dogs, period. Please stand up for these poor innocent animals that don't have a voice. We are their voice and without us they won't survive.
