Lol, maybe we need to apply for stimulus money for wayward and homeless ghosts! They've been misunderstood and traumatized for so many years<G>.

I think this is a GREAT idea. Old stories - stories you can TALK TO YOUR CHILDREN about and plan a vacation down in southern New Mexico. Ghost tours is a wonderful idea. Let us not forget Roswell either!

There are ghosts among us and I have been told that when you have lots of colorful lights in your home, that it attracts various forms of energy. I am a true believer in that. A heightened sens of spirituality puts you several notches among the drones in this world.

Go for it, and let us know when you plan on doing this...I would MOST DEFINITELY be interested and would take my family down there to watch.

Our children need to be attuned to an after life conversation.

Technically, you can't believe in "God" if you don't believe in ghosts, so it should make it interesting to see who scoffs at the idea of the inspection and who doesn't.

I think it is interesting.. I would love to go to the santa fe Prison I was going to go when they were going to do it but I didn't have the extra $90.00 at the time... But I think it would be cool.

The West Coast Ghost and Paranormal Society is a private company, supported by donations and fees for their services.

Pull your head out and see the light Josie, you might be suprised at what is out here in the real world.

Several locals (NM) have written various books re: la Llorona, ghosts, tales and all manner of amusing stuff. For Abq, SF, some counties and other sites about NM & AZ etc. I just bought one at Borders by Antonio R. Garcez, "New Mexico Ghost Stories". Barnes & Noble has a table just for local authors, and Borders has email discount coupons for books. Both have a nice NM section. Sadly the libraries carry very few of these<sigh>.

I remember a number of years ago where some place like IN or IL for Halloween did a cemetery ghost tour. Too Cool! I read it was a major hit with those who went. Too bad we don't do something like that here.

....agreed, CD.

They have a tour in Old Town during October that gives tours in some of the old shops down there, as well as the old Carriage House restaurant.

Thanks for the heads-up on old ghost stories - going to Barnes and Noble!

We only will know the "spirits" when we lay down are doubts about the paranatural. It is only revealed to those who put the negativity and doubt away. Within you has the "truth" of what powers are in and around a person. Truthfully, everyday we en*ounter situations beyond our human power. Good does reign and Evil does attempt to spoil a good thing....don't wait until your dead to find out why, who, where these for*es thrive day to day....
