Ceremony to mark New Mexico spaceport launch

It's groundbreaking day at New Mexico's spaceport. Gov. Bill Richardson and other dignitaries will gather at the spaceport site in Sierra County for a ceremony today to mark the start of construction on a terminal and hangar facility, along with a 10,000-foot runway.
