The District judges court reporter Ms. Morand has been doctering up the testimony for transcripts, prepared for appeals for years, so people lose there arguments on appeal. If you get a appointed local counsel by the court or some other worthless attorney, she knows she can get away with it. District court proceedings by law don't have to be tape recorded. If you say something wrong in court, its taped. If they want to change something at the instruction of Gless or Elston, its not taped. This is what the averge person has to deal with.
