Prosecutors appeal Peterson ruling

I can't believe Peterson may get off with a lesser charge. I know a bit of this story and history.I know that can't be used against him. But it should. The baby's mother and her roll in this should be examined.

maybe that trista's mother should of been more of a responable mother and never went to jail or got her self into truble. oh and dont judge everthing you hear if you dont even know lucas.

Its been over -5- months and no answer to your appeal. I think this amounts to Seward officials and there supports, aiding in the killing of a little girl. We all know were Peterson's going in the end. Since he had so many helpers, he won't be alone down there. Maybe if you vote against them on election day? You will be given some mercy, Maybe not?

How could seward officials drop the ball on something like this. maybe we should all take a look at our officials and their role in this. They were so eager to look good and crack the big case they ended up freeing a murderer. Lucas has allways been troubled and this doesnt supprise me at all he was implicated in this. Take it from someone who knows the guy. He had an anger problem and drugs only amplify these things to a larger scale. look at his friend phil ham he had his kid in a box of dirty diapers all cracked out and our wounderful system gave him his kid back what is wrong with this picture we are not talking about dogs here these are children who deserve a chance that the system around here rips from them without a second glance or care in the world. this is a trial ON OUR SYSTEM ALSO, if we decide not to allow these things to happen take preventative measures and care a little more it could stop

If the Attorney Generals office filed a Motion for rehearing in the Lucas Peterson appeal. The court has not ruled on it since December. I think that the Article in Seward Independant newspaper was put there with the help of Ms. Elston to Fool the Seward residents.

Glenda - The fact that the baby's mother was incarcerated during all of this, should be examined?? What part did she have when she wasn't even there?
