Hey Attorney Mike Gene, you are so good with the law since you were "Attorney", you might want to stick close to your buddy Hossie the next couple of days......CPR might be required too.

When are you going to post as Judge Judy or Judge Brown??

Very smart there Gene. The real ignorance on your part is that you want to argue about issues so much that you will take the wrong side just because no one else is, your all alone.

Edna left with Jose. Little Mikey won't talk to you because you got him into your bed at a young age. Your daughter is about to be married to a man that is unemployed.

We will see if you are right about Sevier County people being STUPID. If hoss wins, we agree with you, most are stupid if they vote for him after what WVLT reported.

He should have told Lintner no thanks when offered the money, and worked it out in trade!

Seals is afraid to let his little Homo get out of his sight, so he has had Lintner twisting Howard Reagan's taffey at the candy store in Pigeon Forge. Good job boys. Everyone should want him handling their candy after he has handled Hossie's and all the young inmates at the jail. This week is trial week, so let's see how Hoss "gets him off" this time.
Oh, here's a Knox Sentinel write up from the past to refresh your memory on THIS Hoss screw-up:
Johnson: Flies in the ointment in Sevier County
By Greg Johnson
Call it the revenge of the gadflies. The indictment last week of former Sevier County Jail employee Tyrone Paul Lintner on multiple counts of sexual contact with an inmate vindicated the sometimes personal, always pointed criticisms leveled at Sevier County power brokers in general and Sheriff Ron Seals in particular by former Sevier County deputy Kim Pierce.
For years, Pierce had called attention to the actions of Lintner, an ex-inmate who was hired by a former sheriff, the late Bruce Montgomery, and supervised by Seals in his position of chief jailer.
Pierce had good reason to be wary about Lintner being given a position of authority that allowed him to make purchases for the jail.
Lintner was convicted in the 1990s of income tax evasion related to the embezzlement of close to $800,000. After moving to Sevier County, Lintner pleaded guilty to forgery and was ordered to pay almost $50,000 in restitution. After serving his time, Lintner was hired at the jail. Since then, at least two former inmates have filed civil lawsuits alleging that Lintner sexually assaulted them.
Through it all, Seals, as well as many others, dismissed Pierce as a disgruntled former employee who also happened to be a perennial candidate for Seals' job as sheriff. Now, Seals' judgment appears suspect while Pierce has been partially vindicated.

There are so many more, The Weber boy's death in the jail should have been investigated that is what started all this in the first place. Maybe there is at least some justice because of that.

SEVIERVILLE (WATE)-- A convicted felon working in the Sevier County Jail is accused of sexually abusing inmates. Now, the county and sheriff's department are facing a lawsuit.

A former inmate claims he was raped in the Sevier County jail by kitchen supervisor Paul Lintner, 66.

Lintner has worked in the jail for the past nine years. He's not a sworn officer, but he oversees trustees who work in the kitchen.

A former inmate claims Lintner sexually harassed, assaulted and raped him.

In a federal lawsuit, the inmate alleges Lintner hand picked trustees, touched them inappropriately and made un-wanted sexual advances, while ensuring them special treatment as trustees.

The inmate is suing the county, Sheriff Ron Seals, and two sheriff's deputies. Sheriff Seals declined to comment on camera for 6 News, but says he's never received any complaints against Lintner.

6 News found nothing in Lintner's personnel file except a job application. Sheriff Seals says the lawsuit was politically motivated.

Lintner has a criminal record that dates back to 1973 for bad check charges. In the 1990's, he was convicted of tax evasion and embezzlement for stealing $800,000 while he was managing a Georgia travel agency. He spent two years in federal prison.

Then in 1996, Lintner was convicted of forgery and theft in Sevier County for stealing nearly $50,000 from his employer, a Sevierville contractor.

Lintner currently orders all food for inmates at the jail. Sheriff Seals says Lintner is on vacation, but it has nothing to do with the lawsuit. He's expected to return to his job in a couple of weeks.

The inmate alleges he was raped in 2006 and 2007. He took his story to Kim Pierce, the Democrat running for sheriff against Sheriff Seals.

Pierce tried to take the information before a grand jury, but claims she was prevented from doing that by the assistant district attorney. He disputes that claim.

Pierce says she began working on getting Paul Lintner out of the jail in 2006 when she first heard these allegations from inmates.

The latest claim she says was brought to her by a young man who was reluctant and embarrassed about what he says happened to him.

"This is a straight male who is alleging this happened and I mean, that's very hard for a straight man to come out and say something like this. I think he was afraid of retaliation," Pierce says.

"But, due to the fact that I had came out and was talking about these things, he felt that if he was ever going to do anything, now was the time to do it," Pierce says.

Pierce says she had heard these claims before, but was stunned at what this man had to say, "I was in shock because he was actually the first inmate who had alleged actual sex and not just touching, inappropriate touching."

Pierce says the alleged victim has spoken to the FBI, which is investigating.

FBI agents will not confirm or deny that, but told 6 News that civil rights violations like this can fall within their jurisdiction.

How much will Old Paulie Lintner cost us. The lawsuits are big and he plead guilty. Jackie could have built a school or two with what this one will cost the taxpayers. Maybe a good start on a Justice Center it could have been.

Paul Lintner A former kitchen supervisor at the Sevier County jail has pleaded guilty to a one count in the criminal case accusing him of sex with prisoners.

Paul Lintner pleaded guilty to one count of Sexual Contact with an Inmate, a Class E felony. He was originally charged with multiple counts in the 6-count indictment, which accused him of sexual contact with trustees he selected to work in the jail's kitchen.

The other counts were dismissed.

The charge to which Lintner pleaded is not considered a rape charge.

Lintner's sentence will be announced at a hearing on December 8. He could face anything from probation to 1-2 years behind bars.

A release from District Attorney General Jimmy Dunn's office indicates prosecutors will seek jail time for Lintner. The DAG's office also indicated it is unlikely Lintner would have to register as a sex offender.

Two lawsuits have accused Lintner of raping the inmates. One named Lintner, Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals, and other Sevier County officials as defendants.

Lintner resigned when the first of those lawsuits was filed. Criminal charges were later brought against him.

The DAG's release noted that the victim was consulted regarding the plea and fully supported the prosecution's actions in the case.

Poor Mikey.

As hard as he works as a Seals-paid poster, he cannot make Litner's abominations go away.

Gosh. I sure hope Mikey/Krystal/Peggy/Renee doesn't take up drugs or alcohol out of frustration, or worse ~ get's beaten by Seals with a rolled up newspaper with Litner's face on the front page.
