Dear Mr. Delius,

I had the misfortune of sitting in the court room, maybe even in the jury box, during the Stan Martin Trial.

In your closing summation you stated " It is time for the Pigeon Forge Police Department to get up out of the river and go find the real criminals"

Mr. Delius, maybe it is time for you to get up out of the river as well. The disasters you have left behind in your law practice, i.e. Garry Lynn Cate seems to have you by the tail now. You took his money and now you can't take the heat. That is what happens when you represent an idiot. He is now your baby. Enjoy him!

Mr. Delius says quite clearly that he is against Larry Waters serving as chairman of the commission and as mayor at the same time. He says he believes strongly in the seperation of powers - but he is just not willing to take a stand on it. Obviously, A man of strong beliefs.
"I believe It is wrong, I just don't want to do anything about it." Spoken like a true lawyer. This type of "don't rock the boat" mentality is what enables the nepotism and cronyism to continue.

We don't need seperation of powers. Larry is doing a fine job. Imagine the lawsuits he'd be facing if he was doing a crappy job!

How is him voting for Oakes NOT taking a stand. At least he didn't pass, like some others.

As far as the San Martin trial, I wasn't present in court for the whole trial, but from what I understand that case could have gone either way.

I noticed that you failed to mention the route cause of "your problems" that you are so "proud" to display to the world....which is STUPIDITY. BTW, "separation" is spelled like this. I do believe your White Cap Stupidity has come back to Haunt you. The self loathing, discrimination and bigotry as well as the hypocrite's demeanor is well represented and displayed.

The really interesting part is that you are using stupidity to try and cure stupidity. My strong belief is that will never work. You will fall on your own grenade as we see your stupidity and isolate you to your home grown cesspools and ghettos while we simply work around you. Every community needs a garbage dump and land fill. You will be ours. You may have sold us a mountain, but as you see we are selling you back the dirt.

I cannot believe we elected commissioners to office and then they have the right to pass on a vote. Why did we elect them in the first place????

Mr. Deal-E-us pleads with the public to be nice and treat the elected officials with respect. Then he sits quietly while the county attorney and the mayor laugh at and ridicule the public for asking questions about missing taxpayer money and accountability. Larry and his CUZ demand respect while acting like fools in public. I think the county attorney should REALLY give a report on the number of lawsuits currently pending and against who as I bet the taxpayers might be surprised to know just how many there really are. These good ole boys orchestrated a circle-the-wagons party to beef up public support for the struggeling mayor but I think it backfired. The public sees what is going on - they can keep saying that this is the work of a few "radicals" but more and more people are asking some tough questions that the mayor simply has no answers for. The county attorney just registers that deer-in-the-headlights look when asked a legal question. Larry Waters is heading this county into a train wreck and his cuz isn't helping him at all. They are not taking care of the county business anymore, they are too busy doing damage control.(Can you say Saratoga?) Mr. Delius and the others could find a better group to back than this.

I was charged with second degree murder when I hired Bryan Delius. I never served a day in jail. There is no way I could ever thank him enough for all the hard work and skill he used to defend me. All my family and friends were blown away by his abilities. I spoke with him a few months ago and he always takes the time to answer any question I may have. Thanks again Bryan

Again, team up NOW to make James B. Dunn toe the mark, the atmosphere is the best it could be for him to rise and shine if he has it in him, if not now then never! He has a chance to make more deals and throw his political power for his continued occupancy in office, note 'occupancy' not service is the word.

If Delius is the candidate then let's get behind him, never too early to start!

I cannot believe people would say such nasty things about someone they do not even know. Obviously whoever wrote the comment about the 80 grand to his builder is someone related to the builder because he isnt smart enough to turn on the computer. You want to meet one of the most crooked people in Sevier County.....he's the one.
Mr. Delius does a lot for the people in this community.
All of you people who like to bash him....I hope you are not on the other side when he is DA. Then the laugh will be on you.
