Rape Charges Dropped Against Corrections Officers
A Seneca County grand jury has decided not to charge two corrections officers with the rape of a female employee at the Seneca County Correctional Facility.

Typical! The two officers, Hall and Steen got there charges hidden behind there (STAR) Badge. Once again society should be made aware of the "other" benefits of be an employee of local goverment. So then WHO is going to police the police? Obvious to me that nobody is going to! Is there an election soon?
