Wrong.

Not so fast.

Firing 3 people for violations of company policy is different from firing someone for violating another's rights.

Did you read the article and what Team Thug Zimmerman is alleging? They make leaps from what actually happened to what they conclude.

No worries, NBC and their parent company's media lawyers will run rings around Team Thug Zimmerman.

You say millions.

HA!

More like nillions!

They were FIRED.Who holds the liability?what If a contractor hires an electrician and the employee due to neglegince works on your breaker panel and burns your house down?THE EMPLOYEE GETS FIRED! RIGHT? Who then is held liable for all your belongings looking like the bottom of an ashtray?Networks better wake up and start hiring employees that can handle the job,or increase your liability insurance like everyone else.

Oh Ye of sick mind.

Yeah, it's just too bad they're married to two powerful men and are powerful and intelligent themselves.

And you?

You're just wishing people were killed.

Sucks to be you around Christmas.

Or any time.

Oh ye of being raised by the government.

Did you know that no matter how worthless you are the government will force a white man to give you a job.

They also feed, cloth, koons.

Why don't you and that white trash scum, go to Africa and watch children starve to death or watch the primates burn some witches.

Koons, such an advanced race, watching children starve to death and burning witches.

Those witches need burning.

Maybe Obama will throw in free head bags with health care to keep your hair from breaking.
ok koon

The law is the law.

Thug Zimmerman may feel that NBC harmed him. It is ok for him to feel that way. There are many of people who feel that tabloids treat them wrong, celebrities and non-celebrities. Some win court cases, some don't, some settle.

(My guess is this case will be settled and have zero effect on NBC's or its two parent companies' bottom line).

The question is not if Thug Zimmerman feels his rights were violated. It is if the law says his rights were violated. I do not see where his civil rights were violated by NBC.

And once you intelligently think this through, you will come to the same conclusion.

You're blaming networks for a problem that's not pervasive and on-going. Can you list the many events in which networks need to "wake up" or have an increase in their liability insurance?

I know you cannot, as networks are not being sued left and right at every turn. A handful of cases over the decades does not speak of a wake-up call.

Thug Zimmerman, the child killer, is in need of a wake-up call
