Sex Offender Sues Every Prosecutor In Indiana

A man filed a lawsuit against every sheriff and prosecutor in the state of Indiana , Louisville station WLKY reported.

This freak gave up his "rights" when he destroyed children's lives.
Both him and all the ACLU need to be sent to an island where they can all molest themselves to their hearts' content.
The ACLU should be forced to live with every criminal they ever represented on the worlds tiniest island. With no police of course. You wouldn't want the police to violate their rights...
That freak should be grateful he is still alive.
I can only imagine how far man's perversion will get before the Lord's return.

What real proof do the prosecutors and courts have on this guy? Any one can Lie and screw up a person's life. The law needs to be changed where an accuser would have to show some credible truth! Right now, it's their word againt yours... I have known cases where students or others just lied 'cause they could.... Think about this..... We need to change the Law.... This could happen to you! or anyone!

This guy has no rights what so ever he lost that when he commited sexual crimes. People who do that need to be but in the middle of Death Valley with no air conditiners along with the gang bangers

The man was convicted of molesting a kid 10 years ago. I've got to assume that he is no longer on parole or probation. If he were, part of the terms of his release would've or could've been this information.

Also, since the article made no mention of subsequent crimes of that nature, I have to assume he's done nothing wrong in 10 years.

Not dismissing the fact that he did a sick and twisted crime. Molesting a child is about as low and scummy as you can get.

But, assuming he is off parole or probation, the law is wrong. He does have protection under the 4th amendment. Letting the rights of anyone in this country be violated by whatever hysteria is currently in force, is just wrong.

That law will be overturned as unconstitutional...
