I seen larry almost everyday when she would drive by my house, and I saw him outside on his front porch numerous times in the summer. he was not abused nor abducted. dementia is a horrid disease with many symptoms. Judge not lest ye be judged. The truth will come out. i pray for the entire family, and that she and her children finally get some peace.

The pictures speak for themselves as Larry was unable to.

As we all know there are 2 sides to every story, I hope the truth comes out, whichever truth it may be. I pray for both sides of this issue. And for everyone to find peace.

It's wrong to be judgemental, but there ARE pix taken by people showing the criminality of this issue. I just can not imagine treating ANYONE like this. Was money involved, as in did she have access to his retirement or whatever? Did she have a drug habit? Finding what would possibly be the motivating factor to have someone do this would be easy it would seem? I am curious to see the outcome of this case and sincerely hope Larry is now treated humanely as he deserves~

Pictures that were taken by people that were LIVING there nonetheless for how long before they decided to turn her in? Not until AFTER she kicked them out? So I am wondering, was it okay for this to be happening as long as they had a roof over their head? she's been drug tested, nothing in her system, I think the girl just had to much on her shoulders 2 small kids and no help from family, the Mother left the father when he became to much to handle so she abandoned him. Maybe they should have the girls mentality tested?? mental illness can run rampid in families. Could this be the case? I pray for her, her children and her dad that this comes to a truthful end.

Hope, you mention that she has 2 small children and no help. A lot of people have small children and no help and do not do what she did! Why is it up to her family to help with her 2 small children? Where is their father? She didn't need any help cashing her fathers checks though. No one in their right mind would do what she did, so yes , I'd say their is some mental illness.

I meant maybe to help with her Father?, and yes maybe there is mental illness, I was just wondering if they are or have evaluated her stableness. This could be a key factor. Don't you think?

i saw, along with alot of other people, some very disturbing pictures on the news of the deplorable conditions that girl kept her father in. its a downright SHAME. dementia or not, NO ONE deserves to have to suffer in that sort of way, and i HOPE marshall throws the book at her, as im sure he will. i lost my father this past summer to liver failure and kidney failure. he was on hospice at home. me and my sister took care of him the last few weeks of his life, and NEVER for one second of that time, would i have EVER imagined mistreating him or neglecting him. regardless of the problems families have throughout life, you should ALWAYS be there for your parents. There is a level of TRUST that is given when taking on that major responsibility of taking care of a parent, and that TRUST SHOULD NEVER BE BROKEN. i could not imagine, for one second forcing even my worst enemies to live in the conditions of the pictures i myself saw on the news. she needs to be crying, ALOT, not that its going to help her any. her and ms. garvin can go hand in hand on up to marysville. some people DESERVE prison.

You would think if she treated her own father this way that she would also treat her children the same, that is ,if there is mental illness.
