Surely someone on Carey's Run knows who the woman with blonde hair in a dark SUV is and there has to be damage, she can't hide her vehicle forever! I pray someone tells on her or she turns herself in!

Absolutely right, but I hope whoever knows this woman's identity will not be afraid of being labeled a snitch. Reporting a crime is the right thing to do. Hitting the victim might or might not have been unavoidable, but leaving the scene is a bad thing to do.
