Does anyone follow up on these accidents? So many say "pending investigation" - does anyone bother to find out the outcome?

Let me tell you the outcome. I no longer have a daughter. My only child. My best fiend. My purpose for the last 27 years. Two beautiful children without a mama.

It took only a few seconds to inflict heart breaking pain. I endure this pain every day. No parent should have to let go of child. I can't.

The investigation is over. Did I get the truth, who knows.
