Sarpy County authorities say speed was a factor in the accident
The Sarpy County Sheriff's Department Office says Kelly Naser of Papillion was riding his motorcycle eastbound on Harrison Street at a high rate of speed around 6:20 Friday night.

Quoted from the WOWT.com article: "The van driver, Christopher Merritt of Omaha, told officers he didn't see the motorcycle." Who made a left turn in front of oncoming traffic? Did he signal?
