Wow, this is a new one. This guy Casey seems pretty slippery using two different first names to raise money. How does he get away with that? Isn't there some kind of campaign law to prevent this type of BS?

Thatís a funny post it does not even merit a response. My brother is Raymond William Casey III. Growing up with my grandfather and father both as Raymond my oldest brother was called BILL. I am so proud of his long and distinguished career and his lifetime history of unselfishly doing for others. My grandfather demonstrated to all of us by putting community ahead of self. Bill and his wife Betty have been doing this for 50 years. He is running for Supervisor as he is a caring member of the community who is convinced he can make Clifton Park an even better place to live. He has raised the money to run his campaign from his friends, family and the people that have been touched by his integrity. He has vowed not to take money from people who do business with Clifton Park and may be looking for favors down the road.
There is no doubt his concept of Vision 2020, will involve hundreds of people throughout the community who will help him shape the face of Clifton Park for the future. He will work tirelessly for your community and those that know him marvel at his energy and his commitment.
Help him out and your own community, Go to the polls on Tuesday November 3rd and Vote for Bill Casey for Supervisor. If you can, call your neighbor and bring them along with you. Thank you for your time. Chris Casey, Brother

Well, two points that are valid are these:

Bill/Ray Casey only discloses who 70% of his donors are. Barrett discloses 100%. So, why doesn't Casey do that? What does he have to hide? Any way you look at those facts, Barrett is more transparent about who he gets his money from.

Second, why didn't Ray/Bill Casey tell the voters he still works for an Albany lobbying firm? He did not list this on any of his campaign bio info, anywhere. Again, it gives the real appearance that he's hiding something.

He may be a great guy, but when you don't come clean with everything, you lose credibility - fast.
