What you "believe" Doen't amount to a pile of wet sh*t in a court of law. Why did this guy get out of his car to begin with? Because as a former corrections officer he thought he could assaukt somebody and get away with it. I had a similar incident occur and I chose not to get out of my car and guess what? I'm not in a hospital or a courtroom. See? Problem solved.
