Do not blame the unions! Rather look to the overall corporate greed! That greed when combined with the eternal disfunction among our state legislative "leaders" in Albany has put NYS into this ever deepening hole!

So are they going to extend unemployment again or let the 15% or more population of NYS riot because they have no money to live, no job and no health insurance. 8% is not the real number.

Don't Blame The Unions, the last I knew the Unions Supported these High Tax and Spend Dysfunctional Leaders of this Legislature all the way to the Governor!

Don't Blame The Unions, Why Not, They Voted Endorsed these Fools! And their Lobby is HUGE, Corporate Greed is Just the Same as Big Union Greed! But then all you probably understand is we want more because your holding out on us like GM and Ford and Chrysler were because they were doing so well financially!!

Will the last union employee in New York State please turn out the lights. Oh wait, if there is one left, he will strike because it takes six of these worthless, selfish, POS's to flick a switch. Go ahead, blame corporate greed, but at the same time, look in the mirror.

I'll second that, Bart!!! I'm nearing the end myself and I'm scared to death. Never had much in the way of material things, but all we have now is our rental house and furniture and the clothes on our backs. I dare ANYONE to walk a mile in my shoes...

I worked with a Guy whose Wife worked for the State in a cleaning capacity at a University of New York. She went into the closet area to get some cleaning items and The Light BULB was out, so she went and got a BULB, Unscrewed the Bad Bulb and put in the New Bulb! She got Yelled at By The UNION Steward Because that Was Another Persons Job!
GIVE ME a Freaking Break!
And they say don't blame them!
