keep the proles in check with checkpoints/fencing-road closures-cerfews----garish lights-n plenty of cops n rangers-and kick em off early-so the proles can rest-work-n pay the bills.

no beer-fireworks-music-or smoking on the beach--
Hitler banned cigs-so smoking must be bad....

how dare them proles use the beach after 10 pm or blow off a kiddie firework-

we are banning kites soon too!they may crash down n hit a child/adult

banning frisbees-football-or any thrown object on the beach.

might as well ban taking shirts off at the beach-UV cancer liability issue-one may sue the state for skin cancer!
