I like to hike places with pretty stones. Do they have interesting rocks there? I'm a rock hound. I used to collect sea glass at a Capitola Beach. I found rose quartz, amethyst, jasper, and jade. The beach have changed that my old beach isn't fruitful anymore.

Too bad I don't have access to lapidary equipment anymore.

The rocks are mostly sandstone, which isnt ideal for your needs.

I'm going to eat a redwood tree, though, because I am hungry.
