This is a wide spread problem with other Ohio
Common Pleas Courts.
The adminstative judge is also responsible
to assure that all cases are timely terminated
without delay and is to abide by Canon 3 to
inform the proper authorities of such a delay of
termination and more than a reprimand, but lost
in wages too.
