We used to live in Enchanted Hills, and we always heard her dogs barking. We would go to the park, and then walk down Santa Fe Hills Boulevard, witnessing her dogs jumping up at the wall and barking non-stop. It could be 6am, or 8pm. We always felt sorry for their neighbors, and most of all, felt sorry for the dogs always being outside in the desert heat. Glad to see it is being addressed finally!!!!
