it's not like the police don't know who the person responsible is. it's almost as if the police turn a blind eye towards this person. how can one person get away with leading his little want to be gangsters into gang beatings, shootings, and stabbings. i mean c'mon they have to know who is responsible. how can you not work, but yet drive a $50k truck, and multiple cars. they (the police) need to stand up and do something about him.
