Huckaby pleads guilty in 8-year-old Sandra Cantu's murder case

My feeling is that this rat is covering for someone else, she may be under the influence of a "pastor" or someone els
of similliar persuasiveness. JMO.

Someone who knows about sentencing, please help here. 25 years to life seems like a proverbial slap on the wrist in light of the heinousness of this crime. Is this the same as life w/o parole? Or does this mean she could be released after 25 years?

I believe she was sentence specifically to 25 to life WITHOUT the possibility of parole. If that is not specified she would be eligible for Parole, and in less than 25 years. If there is any justice, she will never get out.

Thats the problem here in Liberalland. There usually ISNT any justice. Liberals love to MAKE laws, but they wont ENFORCE them.

Usually 20 to 30 percent time off for good behavior, so knuckleby could be out in 17-18 years; but I doubt it..............

The voter who established the sentence??? And when did THAT happen Einstein? and YES the DA and the judge are both liberals. 90% of the California DAs and judges are. Are you new here to California or just plain uninformed??
