Stockton residents protest officer-involved shooting
Dozens of people sounded off during Stockton's City Council meeting Tuesday night in protest to an officer involved shooting July 22 that killed James Rivera, a wanted teen felon.

Guilt outwardly or inwardly cuts deep either way.
Somwhere this young man by his own choices, fell by the wayside.
Should have, would have, could have wont bring him back.
If there is foul play, pray for the truth and justice.
The officer however does not own all the events leading up to this unfortunate incident.
Send the message out to parents,be responsible for the young people in your guidance and care... and when you know you've done all you can do, it truly is in their own and a Higher Power's hands.
