San Joaquin County 'transient' rapist has home address
Officers say a convicted sexually violent predator, who registered with Stockton police as a transient and was released from prison last week, now has a home address.

I am really comforted that our community now has rights to know where possible danger lies, i.e. address registration of sex offenders.
I am also comforted having high hopes for rehabilitation for such offenders as well as victims.
