Don't bother to criticize Dr LaDonna White-Porter for helping out the big tobacco companies.... She is unable to feel shame.

It is despicable that she is pimping for Big Tobacco given that she is a licensed physician. Whatever happened to "First, do no harm."?

Apparently, the tobacco commercials that I saw on tv were all lies:
The Prop 29 campaign released this video ad that refutes all of big tobacco's lies: I can be seen here.

Here are a couple of items.

This first one has some dysfunctional links. It was connected with Stanton Glantz PhD, and draws from his blog page:

I am disappointed and upset to see that a fellow physician supported the opposition to Prop 29. Her reasoning was specious, clearly designed as a marketing ploy to convince less knowledgeable voters. It is shameful that she used the weight of her MD to further the agenda of big tobacco.

When it comes to doctors in the medical profession there are good ones and there are bad ones. All you have to do is ask the countless people who are here today with us because of a second opinion. Second opinions are not part of your personal agenda are they.

Well, when you have to rely on the twenty-two thousand seven hundred fifty-seventh one in order to find one who will say what you want to believe, I think the rest of us will "question" the validity of the "dissenting" opinion you provide.
