Stockton's dangerous? Hmmmm, you don't say. Well Forbes, you didn't need an overpriced risk management analyst to come to that conclusion. What did you think would happen after cutting almost a third of the police force in an increasingly volatile economical climate? I'm sure you didn't think it would be all puppy dogs and ice cream. So instead of slamming Stockton, why don't you help implement change?

Well we've got a lot of black people here! What do you expect! All of the most dangerous cities in the country have that in common. I mean well DUH! You know what I'm sayin' homie?

Yup! Personally I couldn't care less what color my neighbor is...BUT I do expect him or her do behave in a civil, non criminal manner and show the same respect for me as I do for him or her. That seems to be a foreign concept to some people, in particular people of color! I'm not talking about ALL black peopl, just an obviously very sizable minority. When even black people don't want to live in black neighborhoods you know something is dreadfully wrong!

Meanwhile that cultural rot called "gangsta rap" continues to glorify these very same punks, thugs and gangs just as it condones every uncivil and criminal act up to and including murder. Isn't that a great message for impressionable young people? In many areas the majority of black children drop out before graduating high school. Young women, many no more than children themselves, continue to grind out illegitimate babies to be raised (not very well!) on welfare dollars as the missing in action "my baby's daddy"'s move on to the next "bitch" or "hoe" (their words for their women, not mine!) to impregnate and then dump. Any criticisms of this lifestyle are countered with charges of racism. Politically incorrect you understand!
