Maybe she'll teach Sunday school in the big house.

Besides molesters, kidnappers, dope dealers, perverts, trans fats, alcohol, tobacco and other things that parents have to stress out about, now it's Sunday school teachers. Maybe it'll take some media heat off of catholic priests.

Yeah, right!

Never was a catholic alter boy nor was I ever a member of the great prostitute of Babylon. You must have mistaken me from one of the other Mikea. There are 3 or 4 on these boards.

I see you are still having nightmares about your childhood as an alter boy and those private meetings with the priest.

Her photos always show a horrified look. She's thinking of the fiery pit, for sure.

Churches are not safe places to take you and your family. I learned it the hard way, by attending several churches in Vacaville!!!

They are filled with blabber mouth preachers, their fat wives. The people who regularly attended are former prison immates, drunks, druggies, sex addicts, porn addicts and child molestors. The churches views about a woman's role is completely unhealthy and bias.

If you want to know the real God seek him at home. Read the bible at home. Mind your own business and do not believe in the churches views or trust the idiots who manage and attend churches in Vacaville or most anywhere else in america today!!

God is a good and wonderful God only if you seek him without the help of man in a church today!!

Only a half baked idea. There's still a few non-judgemental churches around Vacaville. St. Paul's Methodist, Christian Church of Vacaville and Amistad United Church of Christ are three of these.

Too bad there's not a congregation of the Society of Friends (Quaker) or Unitarian Universalist around here.

A year or so ago, the wife and I were invited over to Orchard Avenue Baptist Church for a Sunday service. Afterward, both of us felt as if we had been put through the wringer of an old washing machine. Something about our brain always getting us in trouble and, if we didn't offer blind obedience to the pastor, we might as well not even show up for church.

My idea of a spiritual experience is standing at the ismus at Goat Rock State Park on the Sonoma Coast, near Jenner during a winter storm.

But that's me. Everyone must find their own valid spiritual experience. One size does not fit all.

Shalom!

It is not non sense. Most americans who attend a christain church on a regular basis tend to forget where Jesus actually grew up.

Who the holy spirit chose to give birth to Jesus.

What language Jesus spoke.

So I would like to remind american who are stuck on their american christain selves.

Jesus was born and raise on middle eastern soil not american soil. The holy spirit chose a middle eastern women to give birth to his only son. Jesus died for everyones sins on middle eastern soil not american soil. Jesus did not speak a work of american english.

God knew the United States of America was not the right place for Jesus to have his human experiences.

Finally, God will perserve the land his son grew up in rather than favoring american soil. Think about it.

So the next time your military american family think their heros by killing the middle eastern population, because american cannot get over 9/11 you should think twice when praying for the United States of America.

Thank God Jesus was not american!!!

"It is not non sense. Most americans who attend a christain church on a regular basis tend to forget where Jesus actually grew up."

Jesus bar Joseph was an Irishman (according to Father Flynn).

"Who the holy spirit chose to give birth to Jesus."

Biologically impossible. Let's keep the supernatural out of religion.

"What language Jesus spoke."

Elizibethian English according to the source document given to mankind by God for the Holy Bible - the King James Version. But again, let's keep the supernatural and metaphysics out of religion.

Beware, if you truly believe all this crap that is spewed on Sundays and at Wednesday evening prayer meeting, then I have a bridge in Brooklyn, New York that I'd like to interest you in.

Again, there is more redeming value in a Louis L'Amour western novel than found in any given translation of the Bible.

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Taurus

Make a big effort to spend time with people you didn't see on Christmas Day, especially if they're older than you or are having a bad time at the moment. You're brimming over with compassion and empathy, which will be really appreciated by anyone who's on the receiving end of them. You're also in the mood to make allowances for people, and that will help enormously.
