how can you make even 100 citizens to be able to fight crime. city council you act like a ghetto landlord, you expect them to get rid of cockroach infestation with fly swatters. city council (landlord) saying take care of it yourselves. because the city council WILL NOT PAY for the professional exterminator (police) to do the job. like all ghetto landlords, they take the money for themselves. when it is totally infested with cockroaches, the ghetto landlord (city council) sats he is broke. WALA. city council excuse, i have no money, i have debts, oh, my family. EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES. but they won't say they redecorated their offices, give their mistresses a bigger paycheck, or a bonus for a good job. lol.
