Why do we even bother. If this is our law enforcement, we are wasting our money. Once again, the judicial system is broken.

A slap on the hand. Don't let your dog poop anywhere or be caught driving talking on your cell or get a DUI. They all but lock you up for good. Don't you love America???????? We need to take our country back.

A small time drug pusher gets more time in prison then major drug pushers. Why? Our Judicial System shows favoritism to people with money,as our corrupt officials in the White House and Wall Street. Money talks. And we wonder why there is so much drugs in our Country, major drug pushers are not punished.

So when he gets out of prison, will he and his family be deported?

Or will the proper authorities be paid off?

Paint that yellow store on Mission St. with black stripes so anyone passing by will be reminded that the owner is where he belongs.

"If you commit an aggravated felony," she said, "you are deportable."

It should say you are DEPORTED. This case here demonstrates all the problems that have evolved in our legal system.

This is why the FBI shouldn't be allowed to conduct criminal investigations. Leave it to the state and local cops. The feds should pour all the money they wasted into the states and just stand there and look pretty. That's what they are good at. 98 MILLION?!?!?! I've been in those stores bunches of times. They were NEVER busy.
